What do you want from new homes on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park?

That’s the question being put to people living in the borough by the developers of Chobham Manor.

The London Legacy Development Corporation and Chobham Manor LLP – a joint venture between Taylor Wimpey and L&Q – are currently drawing up plans for phase three of the development.

It will comprise around 400 new homes, shops, a community space and public open space.

A series of public consultations will allow residents, businesses and community groups to find out more about the proposals.

The comments provided will then help finalise the design before the planning application is submitted.

Planning manager Stella Yip said: “As a considerate, responsible developer we want to give people the chance to have their say on development plans for their area.

““We are confident that this scheme will provide an attractive and sustainable development of high-quality homes to meet a range of requirements – including affordable properties for local people in housing need.”

The public exhibition is taking place at the Chobham Manor sales and marketing suite tomorrow between 1pm and 3pm, Saturday between 10am and 5pm and Monday between 10am and 7pm.
