Have your say on proposals to transform the junction under the A406 flyover between Manor Park and Ilford.

The Ilford Garden Junction scheme is being funded by the Mayor’s Air Quality Fund and Redbridge and Newham councils.

It hopes to vastly improve the area, with extensive landscaping and new walking and cycling opportunities.

The work will be taking place over the coming year, with the first phase concentrating on upgrades to footways and crossing points, carriageway surfacing and lane reduction.

There will also be upgrades to the lighting and bus stop improvements.

Other phases will see a segregated two-way cycle route through the junction, improved connections to the Roding Valley Way cycleway and other regeneration opportunities for the area.

To have your say email ilfordgardenjunction@redbridge.gov.uk before the end of February.
