TASH-tastic. Staff at Canning Town’s Keyline Builders Merchants are throwing away their razors this month in support of Movember, the month long charity event to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer.

They will be promoting Movember which was launched in Australia in 2003 as a light hearted initiative to bring back the moustache but which quickly evolved into a fun way of raising awareness for serious men’s health issues.

Over the years Movember has raised over 60m globally, 5m in the UK.

David Cook at Keyline, said: “Our customers are mainly male, so this is an issue close to all our hearts. It’s great to be able to do our bit to raise awareness of this serious issue and funds to support research into it. Movember will certainly be a talking point for the month in the branch and we’ll have some fun along the way.”
