Metro services through Newham are improving the lot of Greater Anglia travellers, latest surveys show.
The operator’s services between Liverpool Street and Shenfield/Southend Victoria last month scored 94.7 per cent on the official performance register.
Train punctuality has improved each month since February when the company took over and the overall service was higher than the national average.
