Twenty firefighters are tackling a blaze in a furniture shop in Manor Park that has spread to a storage yard and a community centre.

Four engines were called to the shop on Romford Road at 1.25pm where they found the ground floor alight.

London Fire Brigade said the fire has spread to part of a community hall at the back of a storage yard, which is also on fire.

Firefighters are still at the scene and the cause of the fire is unknown at this stage.
