The funeral of sadly departed Jennifer Emmmings of East Ham will be held at City of London Cemetery on Wednesday, October 5 at 1.15pm.
Widowed husband Malcolm invites mourners to attend his home at 103 Hatherley Gardens at 12.20pm.
Jennifer was one of the longest surviving lung transplant patients having undergone her operation 22 years ago.
