If you are one of the many trying to get back into the workplace, then a free, six-week course starting next week may be for you.
Beginning Wednesday, the scheme in West Ham Lane, run by social and regeneration charity East Potential, offers participants the chance to learn IT, team building and communication skills, and build their confidence in work-related situations such as public speaking and interviews.
