A DOUBLE murder suspect will appear in court on Tuesday following his extradiction from Bangladesh.
Mohammed Ayub Khan is charged with gunning down Amarjit Singh, 52, and his nephew Rajinder Singh, 35, at the back of their Forest View Hotel in Atherton Mews in August 2003.
When he is brought before City of Westministers Magistrates’ Court he will also be accused of the attempted murder of a 26-year-old woman and possession of firearm with intent to endanger life.
He was arrested on Monday afternoon when he arrived back in the UK after his seven years as a fugitive. He was arrested on August 5 on his way to Dhaka Airport. Khan is belived to have arrived in the Bangladeshi capital a week previously to visit relatives.
