St Antony’s Primary School has managed to raise nearly �2,000 fro equipment and materials during their annual funday.
A bouncy castle, henna designs and face painting were among the activities the pupils at the Forest Gate school enjoyed at the event which was postponed to July 9 from June 29 due to the wet weather.
It was organised by the Parents Teachers and Friends Association and took several months of hard work to prepare. The stalls raised �1,900 which will be used to buy equipment and materials for the school.
Parents and carers of the youngsters spent much of the day enoying the event.
Organisers thanked everyone who helped make the day such a success.
