Children, parents and teachers snuggled up for a Pyjama Fun Day to raise money for a children’s disability charity.

Tender Cubs Pre School, which is based in Durning Hall, Forest Gate, put on a day of fun and games, raising more than £60 for Crackerjack Children’s Trust, who aim to offer assistance to any child who suffer from a disability.

All children, parents and teachers donated £2 to dress up in pyjamas and take part in the fun day at the school, in Earlham Grove, earlier this month.

Head Teacher, Thushari, said: “All the children had a lovely time, and we are really grateful to the parents for their contribution.

“We will pass this onto the Crackerjacks Children’s Trust.”
