Flights from London City Airport to Scotland are cancelled as the volcanic ash cloud from Iceland crosses into Britain.
There will be a review at 2pm when it is hoped flights to and from Glasgow and Edinburgh will resume.
The dust threat is not as serious as last year when most of Europe was in its grip for several days.
