Fire crews tackled a fire at a take-away in Stratford at the weekend
No one was injured at Kebab Cafe on The Grove but a small part of the basement was damaged in the fire on Sunday.
Four fire engines went to the scene from Stratford and Bow fire stations. The Brigade was called at 3.51pm and the fire was under control within an hour. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
