A SHOWCASE of artwork by residents of social landlords East Thames residents is on exhibition in Stratford.

For Art’s Sakeis at the East Gallery in West Ham Lane and runs until January 14 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm.

Pamela Gardner, East Thames director for social and economic regeneration, said: “It’s a great way to end the year and start a new year - show casing the work of residents who may not normally get a chance to show off their skills and passion for art in a public space.”

The exhibition includes the work of East Thames resident and artist Melford Fearon (pictured).

East Thames is a registered social landlord and social regeneration charity providing more than 13,500 homes.
