Cyclists of all ages and abilities are set to take part in the Thames Bridges Bike Ride to raise money for the Stroke Association.
The event will begin and end at Lee Valley VeloPark and particpants can choose to take on one of three distances: eight miles, 35 miles or 50 miles.
Among those already signed up to participate on Sunday, June 26 is eight-year-old Mason White.
The youngster, from south east London, plans to take on the longest distance along with his family, having completed a 10-mile course last year.
Dad Francis said: “We thought our world had fallen apart when we discovered Mason had a stroke during childbirth.
“But our little boy is a real fighter, and despite the damage to his brain, thankfully he has no lasting effects.”
