Government-backed assessors gave Newham College a pat on the back for the advice it gives to students.
It’s high quality information and guidance has won The Matrix Standard to ten of the College’s support teams.
Top assessors emqc put students and staff through three days of rigorous testing. Teams included course consultants, learner support, academic progress advisors and a special team that secures financial work experience for students.
Liz Laycock, Assistant Principal of the college which has campuses in East Ham and Stratford, said: “As a college, we work to take the time to get to know our students as individuals, and then give them one-to-one help and support.
“So, it’s great to know that an independent expert said that we are impartial and empower our students to make life-determining decisions.”
