London 7/7 terrorist attack survivor to speak at Newham School for Black History Month

A survivor of the 7/7 terrorist attacks on London will speak at a family event to celebrate Black History Month.
Thelma Stober, who lost a leg when a detonated bomb blew her out of a tube carriage and onto the track at Aldgate, will be speaking at Little Ilford School in Browning Road, Manor Park.
Tickets for the event on October 23, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, are limited and must be reserved by this Friday (October 12).
The evening will also feature performances from the Revelation Gospel Choir, which featured in the BBC TV series Last Choir Standing.
The evening will also see performances from students and poet and rapper ShortMAN
