Pupils at Portway Primary School in Stratford Road, Plaistow shared their Diamond Jubilee with the Queen as the school has been open for 60 years.
They received special good wishes in a letter from Buckingham Palace and released 1,000 red, white, and blue balloons into the sky at the start of their party to celebrate.
