Children at the creche in Forest Gate were all smiles at their Diamond Jubilee street party.

Youngsters at Forest Gate Learning Zone in Woodford Road spent the week decorating their nursery in red, white, and blue, and icons of Britain such as red buses and St George’s dragons.

Dressed up as Kings and Queens, the children jumped on their bouncy castle and sat down to eat at long tables.

Forest Gate Learning Zone have raised over £200 so far for Barnardos Children’s Charity, hoping to match last year’s target of £300.
