Staff at Avenue Primary School are set to walk out next week in protest against it becoming an academy.
Seventy employees of the Meanley Road, Manor Park school are set to take part in the walkout on Wednesday and Thursday, including teachers, learning support assistants and office staff.
It is the third such strike at the school, following walkouts by members of the National Education Union in November and December.
Those taking part in the strike action are opposed to moving from local authority control to management by the EKO Multi-Academy Trust, alleging it will undermine the pay, conditions and job security of all the school’s staff.
The claims have been rejected by the school’s governors and senior leadership team.
