Young singers from a Forest Gate primary school are set to be the talk of the playground after lending their voices to one of television’s most popular characters - Peppa Pig.
Pupils from St Antony’s Catholic Primary School can be heard singing on the track, which has been recorded to encourage families to sign up to a fundraising event, Peppa Pig’s Muddy Puddle Walk for Save the Children.
The school, in Upton Avenue, has been supported by the charity through a programme which strengthens bonds between parents, schools and communities.
Music teacher Nathan Chan said: “We had such a wonderful time learning, practising and recording the Muddy Puddle Walk song. The children love singing and they felt so proud knowing that they were helping to support a worthwhile cause.”
