Newham residents will have the chance to meet the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service, Bernard Hogan-Howe.
He will be at the recently opened school Chobham Academy in Cheering Lane in East Village on October 8 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
The event will give interested residents the opportunity to talk to him, listen to his vision for London and share your own thoughts and ideas.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis so anyone interested in hearing him talk will need to arrive in plenty of time.
Parking will be available in the school carpark in Temple Mills Lane.
