If you’ve seen the new outdoor furniture in East Village, you might think that a giant has moved into town.
Instead, the oversized wooden chairs and sofas are part of a contemporary village green installed by Get Living London.
The striking furniture is surrounded by enormous plant pots containing fig trees and vines, and provides a place for those living in the former Athlete’s Village to socialise.
There is also the chance to move from oversized to real East Village furniture for the night, with a night in one of the homes, dinner for two and tickets to an East Village Summer Film Festival screening in August.
Simply take a photograph of you or your friends on the furniture and post it on Twitter or Instagram using #mye20 and tagging @GetLivingLondon before Monday, July 13.
