A 76-year-old man with dementia has gone missing.
Zevon Thomas was last seen at 5.40pm on Friday outside Sainsburys in High Street North, East Ham, wearing a black jacket and black trousers.
He was carrying a pull-along trolley at the time, which was black and white at the bottom and brown on top.
Zevon, who is a black male between 5ft4ins and 5ft6ins tall with short black hair, is taking medication for dementia and has gone missing before.
Police are increasingly concerned for his safety as this is the longest period he has been missing.
Zevon attends church in East Ham and occasionally visits his daughter in Dagenham.
Anybody with information is urged to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
