A High Court judge is expected to give his ruling on more flights at London City Airport today
At the heart of it is the decision by Newham Council to allow the Docklands airport to increase its number of flights to 120,000 every year.
The decision, taken in July 2009, was referred for a judicial review after a campaign by climate lobbyists.
