Three teenage males will appear at Stratford Youth Court on Friday charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and violent disorder.

The two 16-year-olds and a 17-year-old, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, were charged on March 12. The eldest is in custody. The others are on bail until their court appearance. All three are from East Ham.

They were arrested following the stabbing of a 25-year-old man on March 10 in Harrier Way, Beckton at around 1.30pm. He was airlifted to an east London hospital where his condition is described as serious but stable.

A 16-year-old boy from Ilford, arrested on March 11 was bailed to return to a police station on May 6. A 17-year-old male from Dagenham was arrested on March 13 and has been bailed to return to a police station on May 6.
