A man has been charged following the discovery of an illegal dump in Beckton yesterday.
Peter Maughan from Waltham Forest, is accused of fly-tipping offences after council officers found the dumped waste in Atlantis Avenue, near Gallions Reach.
The 27-year-old has been bailed to appear at Thames Magistrates on June 29.
