Two boys, 16, shot in fast food restaurant in Plaistow

Two 16-year-old boys have been injured after a gunman opened fire in a fast food restaurant in Plaistow.
One victim was shot in the back and the other in the leg in the double shooting in Terrace Road, on Friday just after 8.30pm.
Both boys were air-lifted to hospital and their condition is currently stable.
Neither sustained life-threatening injuries.
Detectives from the Met’s Trident team are investigating the shooting and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
