Police are appealing for help to find a vulnerable woman known to the Stratford area.
Stella Ouriache, 51, from Walthamstow, was last seen at around 1.15pm on Sunday at King George Hospital in Ilford.
She is known to frequent Stratford, Hackney and Loughton.
Stella is described as white, 5ft 2ins, of medium build with shoulder length brown hair.
Officers are concerned for her wellbeing and ask anyone with information to call 101 or Missing People on 116 000.
