Two men from East Ham are to be sentenced today over the sale of illegal skin-whitening products.
Mohammed Iqbal Bharodawala and Abdul Kadar Bharodawala are being sentenced at Inner London Crown Court after pleading guilty at a previous hearing.
Mohammed Iqbal Bharodawala is facing five counts of failure to comply with European provision of cosmetic product, and Abdul Kadar Bharodawala is charged with breaching a cosmetic product enforcement regulation.
The pair were prosecuted by Southwark Council in south London.
