A man was arrested in a dawn raid in Manor Park today as part of a £1 million tax fraud investigation.
The 51-year-old’s property was searched following the raid by HM Revenue and Customs, with business records and cash seized.
A 54-year-old from Ilford was arrested in a related raid on the same morning.
It is believed the pair failed to declare capital gains tax on a number of properties they bought and sold.
