Man charged with murder in East Ham

A man has been charged with murder following the death of a woman in East Ham.
Police were called to a house in Eversleigh Road, following reports of a seriously injured woman at about 8.10pm on Thursday night,
Emergency services attended the scene and found the 25-year-old victim suffering from a number of serious injuries.
She was pronounced dead at the scene at 8.18pm.
On Saturday, detectives charged Alin Gabriel Apopei, 26, of Eversleigh Road with murder.

He has been remanded to appear at Thames Magistrates Court today.
