A musician will appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court today in connection with an incident in which five officers were attacked by a dog in Stratford yesterday.
Pierre Robinson, 25, of Albert Square, Stratford, has been charged with possession of a dog contrary to the Dangerous Dogs Act and allowing a dog to be out of control in a public place.
He also faces charges of kidnapping and grievous bodily harm with intent, with the offences alleged to have happened in Newham on March 14.
