A Forest Gate man accused of assaulting two British Transport Police officers at a train station has been remanded in custody.
John Terry, of Romford Road, appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He was remanded to appear at Basildon Crown Court on Thursday, April 27.
The 34-year-old is charged with criminal damage, assaulting two police officers, actual bodily harm and two charges under section 4A of the Public Order Act, in connection with an alleged incident at Laindon station on Tuesday evening.
