Emergency services were called out to deal with a suspected chemical attack in Barking Road. East Ham last night.
The Fire Brigade, police and paramedics were called to a branch of Domino’s Pizza at about 1am to reports of a chemical having been sprayed on several people.
Tests revealed the chemical used was a bleach which caused skin irritation for several members of staff at the pizza restaurant.
It is believed they were treated at the scene.
