Police are investigating a double shooting after two men in their early 20s were shot in Newham.
Officers discovered evidence that a firearm had been discharged on Freemasons Road, E16, after attending the scene at 7.34pm on Saturday to investigate reports of gunshots.
They were subsequently called to an east London hospital following reports that two men had attended suffering from gunshot injuries.
The men both remain in a stable condition and their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
At this stage of the investigation, officers believe that the suspect was a passenger in a dark coloured Ford Galaxy.

There have been no arrrests and enquiries continue. Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
