A MAN has been arrested after two male police officers were stabbed in Beckton this morning.
Scotland Yard said the officers were called out at 3.20am after reports of a man causing a disturbance at an address in Routh Street.
The spokesman added: “The two officers received stab wounds which are not life threatening.
“They have been taken to a hospital in East London.
“A man was arrested at the scene and remains in custody at a local police station.”
