A TEENAGER was today arrested at his home in East Ham on suspicion of of being part of the mass disruption in central London during a protest against government cuts to tuition fees.
The 17-year-old was quizzed in connection with criminal damage to a police carrier in Whitehall on November 24.
He has been bailed to return to a police station in June pending further inquiries.
He is the 53rd person arrested out of the disorder.
