Beckton man charged with robbing and stabbing Apple Macbook Pro laptop seller in Finchley

A man from Beckton has been charged today with robbing and stabbing a laptop seller in Finchley.

Young Badmus, of Renfrew Close, is accused of knifing the man, who is in his 40s, on January 14 after arranging to meet him when he advertised the Apple Macbook Pro for sale online.

The 24-year-old is also accused of a knifepoint robbery which took place in Deptford, south east London, on November 15, 2013.

He appeared before Hendon Magistrates’ Court today accused of one count of wounding with intent, one count of possession of points and blades, one count of possession of an offensive weapon and two counts of robbery.
