UEL London Riots talk called off

A lecture at the University of East London looking back at the lessons learnt after last year’s summer riots planned for June 19 has been cancelled, it was announced this morning.

In his talk Darra Singh, chairman of the Riots, Communities and Victims Panel, was to explore the cause and impact of the disorder at the Conference and Computer Centre in Stratford.
