The London Stadium has been embroiled in yet another episode of violence at a football game.

Police are investigating an alleged assault during the West Ham vs Arsenal match last Saturday inside the Stratford venue.

Violence between football fans, including West Ham supporters, has already marred games both inside and outside the stadium this season.

A spokeswoman for the Met Police said: “Enquiries are underway to trace those who were involved.”

No arrests have been made. Enquiries continue.
