Firearms arrest closes the A13 in both directions

A planned firearms arrest on the A13 has closed the road in both directions.

One man was stopped and arrested on suspicion of firearms arrests in East India Dock Road, near the junction with Upper North Street.

The arrest took place at 2:20pm and is not terror related.
