This is the haul of fake and potentially dangerous counterfeit goods that were destined as Christmas gifts.
Newham Council trading standards officers seized the toys, fake mobile phone chargers, bottles of vodka, and counterfeit make-up products during a number of raids earlier this month.
The products are currently stored in the annex of Newham Town Hall.
They include 31 different items from one store for offences under the the Trade Mark Act 1994 and Toy Safety Regulations 1995.
Officers confiscated counterfeit Disney and Hello Kitty products a Halo 3 video game, and travel chargers which infringed safety legislation. These have since been submitted for evidence.
Newham Council’s community safety director Nick Bracken said the demand for counterfeit goods increased over Christmas as products were imported from overseas.
