PUBLISHED: 11:57 22 August 2012

A Beckton man accused of murder and kidnap following the discovery of a body in a remote field on the outskirts of Northampton in April last year has been remanded to the Old Bailey.

Daniel Kosowski, 39, of Henry Adlington Close, appeared at Hendon Magistrates’ Court with Artur Janik, 26, from Walsall.

They will join with a third man already committed to the Central Criminal Court, Kamil Dreszer, 26, from Enfield, north London, to stand trial.

All three are charged with the kidnap and murder of 27-year-old Andrzej Kulesza on or after September 19, 2010.

Mr Kulesza had been reported missing after failing to return to his home in Stamford Hill from a shopping trip on September 18 2010.

On April 25 last year a woman walking her dog found bones in the field near Rothersthorpe, Northampton.

DNA tests showed the remains to be of Andrzej and a murder investigation was launched
