Police have launched an appeal to find Shaun Newton who has links to Newham and is wanted for failing to appear in court.

Police searching for a man charged with burglary who failed to turn up at court are appealing for help to trace his whereabouts.

Shaun Newton, who has links to Newham, was due to appear at Kingston Crown Court on October 13 last year after the 41-year-old was charged with burglary in May 2016.

He is described as a black man, about 5ft 8ins tall with cropped hair and an athletic build.

Newton also has links to Merton, Croydon and Lambeth.
