Children aged 11 to 15 can attend the Copper Box Arena gym this weekend for free.

The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park venue is offering juniors the chance workout in the gym for free on Saturday and Sunday, if accompanied by an adult.

They can also take part in two free circuit classes, available for all ages.

Better, the largest provider of public leisure facilities, runs the Copper Box Arena and the London Aquatics Centre.

Better’s goal is to get more people active in their communities. The goal of this weekend is to encourage young people to stay healthy.

During the weekend, there will be no fee to join for new Better junior health and fitness members at the arena.

Memberships include access to the park facilities when accompanied by an adult and gives juniors access to supervised sessions at the Copper Box Arena gym and London Aquatics Centre swimming facilities.
