Shoppers living close to the Co-operative Food store in Canning Town can now get their groceries delivered to their door.
The supermarket on Barking Road has launched a home delivery service where customers living in a five mile radius can choose two hour delivery slots convenient to them.
Deliveries are free for shoppers spending 25 or more and 3 for those spending under than amount.
Craig Smith, operations manager for the Canning Town store, said: “This service is ideal for people who like to visit our store to do their shopping, but who don’t fancy carrying it all the way home.”
