Planned engineering work will mean train service between Barking and South Tottenham will be replaced by a bus service on the next two weekends and Sunday October 9.
The replacement buses will run every 15 minutes.
The line, part of the London Overground system, covers Wanstead Park and Woodgrange Park stations in Forest Gate and Manor Park respectively.
