Don’t forget, there is no breakfast lie-in, not even a catnap, as clocks go forward an hour as British Summer Time (BST) begins at 1am.

The official time change was 1am.

The end of BST - when clocks go back an hour and you can have a bit of extra kip - comes on October 28.
