Try out two Olympic-inspired sports at a Custom House adventure centre’s open day.
Outdoors in the City, at Canning Town Recreation Ground in Freemasons Road, is offering BMX and archery lessons at its Learn the Ropes open day.
Run by charity Community Links, the 90-minute sessions in various activities run throughout Saturday.
‘Twilight sessions’ are also being introduced from 4pm to 6pm on September 11, 13, and 26.
