Sixth Form students from Forest Gate treated elderly residents to some festive carols.
The 12 pupils, who form St Angela’s and St Bonaventure’s choir, visited East Ham Care Centre to perform for the elderly people living there.
They dressed up in Santa hats and tinsel to visit three wards, including one that was holding its Christmas party.
Many of the patients and staff joined in with the singing.
The sixth form centre has strong links with the Shrewsbury Road hospital, with a number of students participating in work placements there.
